Wining: After collection, the grapes are crushed and the vinification is extracted for approximately 4 hours. Static settling follows. The must is sent for fermentation and maturation in new oak barrels of various sizes, and remains with its lees for 6 to 7 months. At regular intervals, stirring is performed [battonage]. After bottling, the wine remains in the bottle for at least 2 years to develop its character.
Tasting Characteristics: Mild golden-yellow color with green hues. Distinctive and delicate aromas unfold on the nose such as roasted nuts, stone fruit jams, herbs as well as hints of minerality. Tastewise, it appears well-structured and rich, with refreshing acidity. The finish leaves a long aftertaste of roasted fruits.

Pairing: Accompany seafood and fish, meat with white sauces.
